Applicability<\/h6><p data-start=\"502\" data-end=\"649\">These Terms and Conditions apply to every offer made by Taste of SA and to every distance agreement concluded between Taste of SA and the customer.<\/p><p data-start=\"651\" data-end=\"722\">By placing an order, the customer agrees to these Terms and Conditions.<\/p><h6 data-section-id=\"4pahcg\" data-start=\"729\" data-end=\"754\">3. Offer and products<\/h6><ul><li data-section-id=\"vgbou7\" data-start=\"756\" data-end=\"827\">All products are described and presented as accurately as possible.<\/li><li data-section-id=\"38zetb\" data-start=\"828\" data-end=\"897\">Minor differences in packaging, colour or presentation may occur.<\/li><li data-section-id=\"1ashhkb\" data-start=\"898\" data-end=\"949\">All prices include VAT unless stated otherwise.<\/li><li data-section-id=\"1pfyudp\" data-start=\"950\" data-end=\"1047\">Taste of SA reserves the right to correct errors in pricing or product information at any time.<\/li><\/ul><h6>4. Formation of the Agreement<\/h6><p>All offers made by Taste of SA are non-binding.<\/p><p>The agreement is concluded when Taste of SA confirms acceptance of the customer&#8217;s order by email.<\/p><p>Taste of SA reserves the right to refuse or cancel orders in cases including, but not limited to:<\/p><ul><li><p>Incorrect pricing or product information<\/p><\/li><li><p>Product unavailability or stock issues<\/p><\/li><li><p>Suspected fraud or misuse<\/p><\/li><li><p>Technical errors affecting the ordering process<\/p><\/li><\/ul><p>If payment has already been made for a cancelled order, the customer will receive a full refund.<\/p><h6 data-section-id=\"1rf1odg\" data-start=\"1372\" data-end=\"1398\">5. Pricing and payment<\/h6><p data-start=\"1400\" data-end=\"1425\">Payments can be made via:<\/p><ul data-start=\"1427\" data-end=\"1447\"><li data-section-id=\"gn4jot\" data-start=\"1427\" data-end=\"1436\">iDEAL<\/li><li data-section-id=\"18n66m5\" data-start=\"1437\" data-end=\"1447\">PayPal<\/li><\/ul><p data-start=\"1449\" data-end=\"1545\">All payments must be made in advance. Orders are processed only after payment has been received.<\/p><h6 data-section-id=\"1wc8b0i\" data-start=\"1552\" data-end=\"1567\">6. Delivery<\/h6><ul data-start=\"1569\" data-end=\"1829\"><li data-section-id=\"19rnisx\" data-start=\"1569\" data-end=\"1625\">Delivery is available throughout the European Union.<\/li><li data-section-id=\"10ncy08\" data-start=\"1626\" data-end=\"1699\">Average delivery time: <strong data-start=\"1651\" data-end=\"1671\">1\u20133 working days<\/strong>, unless stated otherwise.<\/li><li data-section-id=\"96jsnb\" data-start=\"1700\" data-end=\"1759\">Delivery times are indicative and cannot be guaranteed.<\/li><li data-section-id=\"54uyxi\" data-start=\"1760\" data-end=\"1829\">The risk of loss or damage to the goods remains with Taste of SA until the goods have been delivered to the customer or a person designated by the customer, unless otherwise provided by mandatory consumer law.<\/li><\/ul><h6 data-section-id=\"yjfbat\" data-start=\"1836\" data-end=\"1857\">7. Shipping costs<\/h6><p data-start=\"1859\" data-end=\"1953\">Shipping costs are clearly displayed during checkout and depend on destination and order size.<\/p><h6 data-section-id=\"1h6bfam\" data-start=\"1960\" data-end=\"2003\">8. Right of withdrawal (returns policy)<\/h6><p data-start=\"2005\" data-end=\"2071\">Consumers generally have the right to a 14-day cooling-off period.<\/p><p data-start=\"2073\" data-end=\"2119\">However, at Taste of SA the following applies:<\/p><ul data-start=\"2121\" data-end=\"2339\"><li data-section-id=\"1r597dk\" data-start=\"2121\" data-end=\"2211\">Products that are <strong data-start=\"2141\" data-end=\"2184\">perishable or have a limited shelf life<\/strong> are excluded from return<\/li><li data-section-id=\"otgfrr\" data-start=\"2212\" data-end=\"2339\">Sealed food products that cannot be returned for hygiene reasons once opened are also excluded from the right of withdrawal<\/li><\/ul><p data-start=\"2341\" data-end=\"2369\">For non-perishable products:<\/p><ul data-start=\"2371\" data-end=\"2527\"><li data-section-id=\"16kr4fw\" data-start=\"2371\" data-end=\"2421\">Returns are accepted within 14 days of receipt<\/li><li data-section-id=\"7mk7hu\" data-start=\"2422\" data-end=\"2475\">Products must be unused and in original condition<\/li><li data-section-id=\"yziqp8\" data-start=\"2476\" data-end=\"2527\">Return shipping costs are borne by the customer<\/li><\/ul><h6 data-section-id=\"8vaax8\" data-start=\"2534\" data-end=\"2548\">9. Refunds<\/h6><p data-start=\"2550\" data-end=\"2574\">If a return is approved:<\/p><ul data-start=\"2576\" data-end=\"2767\"><li data-section-id=\"gqi4ax\" data-start=\"2576\" data-end=\"2620\">refunds will be processed within 14 days<\/li><li data-section-id=\"117v0h4\" data-start=\"2621\" data-end=\"2686\">via the same payment method used for the original transaction<\/li><li data-section-id=\"1whaa9r\" data-start=\"2687\" data-end=\"2767\">Taste of SA may withhold reimbursement until the returned goods are received<\/li><\/ul><h6 data-section-id=\"yfk20e\" data-start=\"2774\" data-end=\"2791\">10. Liability<\/h6><p data-start=\"2793\" data-end=\"2823\">Taste of SA is not liable for:<\/p><ul data-start=\"2825\" data-end=\"2964\"><li data-section-id=\"19iycu8\" data-start=\"2825\" data-end=\"2875\">damage resulting from improper use of products<\/li><li data-section-id=\"f3y78i\" data-start=\"2876\" data-end=\"2926\">delays caused by third-party delivery services<\/li><li data-section-id=\"c2ke3w\" data-start=\"2927\" data-end=\"2964\">indirect or consequential damages<\/li><\/ul><h6 data-section-id=\"z22910\" data-start=\"2971\" data-end=\"2989\">11. Complaints<\/h6><p data-start=\"2991\" data-end=\"3045\">Complaints can be submitted via:<br data-start=\"3023\" data-end=\"3026\" \/><a class=\"decorated-link cursor-pointer\" rel=\"noopener\" data-start=\"3026\" data-end=\"3043\">info@tasteofsa.nl<\/a><\/p><ul data-start=\"3047\" data-end=\"3153\"><li data-section-id=\"13qm29w\" data-start=\"3047\" data-end=\"3074\">Response within 14 days<\/li><li data-section-id=\"hkkt9h\" data-start=\"3075\" data-end=\"3153\">If more time is required, the customer will receive an estimated timeframe<br \/><br \/>Consumers residing within the European Union may also have access to alternative dispute resolution procedures where applicable under local consumer protection laws.<\/li><\/ul><h6 data-section-id=\"tw3hww\" data-start=\"3160\" data-end=\"3189\">12. Intellectual property<\/h6><p data-start=\"3191\" data-end=\"3338\">All content on the website (including text, images, logo and branding) is the property of Taste of SA and may not be used without prior permission.<\/p><h6 data-section-id=\"17q3r13\" data-start=\"3345\" data-end=\"3366\">13.
