Taste of SA operates exclusively online and does not have a physical store.

2. Applicability

These Terms and Conditions apply to every offer made by Taste of SA and to every distance agreement concluded between Taste of SA and the customer.

By placing an order, the customer agrees to these Terms and Conditions.

3. Offer and products
  • All products are described and presented as accurately as possible.
  • Minor differences in packaging, colour or presentation may occur.
  • All prices include VAT unless stated otherwise.
  • Taste of SA reserves the right to correct errors in pricing or product information at any time.
4. Formation of the Agreement

All offers made by Taste of SA are non-binding.

The agreement is concluded when Taste of SA confirms acceptance of the customer’s order by email.

Taste of SA reserves the right to refuse or cancel orders in cases including, but not limited to:

  • Incorrect pricing or product information

  • Product unavailability or stock issues

  • Suspected fraud or misuse

  • Technical errors affecting the ordering process

If payment has already been made for a cancelled order, the customer will receive a full refund.

5. Pricing and payment

Payments can be made via:

  • iDEAL
  • PayPal

All payments must be made in advance. Orders are processed only after payment has been received.

6. Delivery
  • Delivery is available throughout the European Union.
  • Average delivery time: 1–3 working days, unless stated otherwise.
  • Delivery times are indicative and cannot be guaranteed.
  • The risk of loss or damage to the goods remains with Taste of SA until the goods have been delivered to the customer or a person designated by the customer, unless otherwise provided by mandatory consumer law.
7. Shipping costs

Shipping costs are clearly displayed during checkout and depend on destination and order size.

8. Right of withdrawal (returns policy)

Consumers generally have the right to a 14-day cooling-off period.

However, at Taste of SA the following applies:

  • Products that are perishable or have a limited shelf life are excluded from return
  • Sealed food products that cannot be returned for hygiene reasons once opened are also excluded from the right of withdrawal

For non-perishable products:

  • Returns are accepted within 14 days of receipt
  • Products must be unused and in original condition
  • Return shipping costs are borne by the customer
9. Refunds

If a return is approved:

  • refunds will be processed within 14 days
  • via the same payment method used for the original transaction
  • Taste of SA may withhold reimbursement until the returned goods are received
10. Liability

Taste of SA is not liable for:

  • damage resulting from improper use of products
  • delays caused by third-party delivery services
  • indirect or consequential damages
11. Complaints

Complaints can be submitted via:
info@tasteofsa.nl

  • Response within 14 days
  • If more time is required, the customer will receive an estimated timeframe

    Consumers residing within the European Union may also have access to alternative dispute resolution procedures where applicable under local consumer protection laws.
12. Intellectual property

All content on the website (including text, images, logo and branding) is the property of Taste of SA and may not be used without prior permission.

13. Governing law

These Terms and Conditions are governed exclusively by Dutch law.
